A day in the life. As our Application Support Administrator on the User Support Team, you’ll review incoming Help Desk tickets to provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance You’ll assist in escalating unresolved issues and provide prompt feedback to the internal customers. As the Application Support Administrator, you will be managing user access and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies. Our future colleague. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
