Role Description We are hiring an Integrator / Growth Operator to help build and run the machine behind Calvin Smith’s personal brand, EOS implementation business, podcast, speaking, Skool/community, content, and sales pipeline. This is not a corporate ops role. This is not a sit-in-meetings-and-make-notes role. This is not a “please tell me what to do” role. This is a player/coach seat for someone who can: - Build systems - Lead people - Use AI - Hold accountability - Get their hands dirty - Help us get the fuck after it Your job is to help build, lead, manage, automate, track, push, fix, and improve the machine that gets us there. You will hire and lead people to do a lot of the execution. But let’s be clear: you are not just managing from the sidelines.
