Role Description We’re looking for an exceptional Lead Graphic Designer to combine their experience, problem solving abilities, and creativity to help create the future of Accessories. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative problem solver who brings engagement and curiosity to work across multiple platforms and a variety of product types. This person will be focused on elevating the consumer experience by delivering creative solutions across all accessory products and consumer types, while driving an emotional connection to the Brand through rich and compelling narratives. This role requires passion and creativity, along with versatility and focus to see designs through the product creation process. This designer is a dedicated team player that knows how to collaborate, receive feedback, and manage multiple projects at any given time. This designer can also translate complex insights into authentic narratives and create compelling solutions that will help define the future of Accessories. - Concepting, sketching, and presenting groundbreaking innovative design. - Collaborating across functional teams to deliver ideas to physical products. - Working with development and business partners, along with Athletes, on details from choosing trims and print applications to creating presentations. - Contributing to and creating narratives and visuals across a variety of products. - Challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design. - 5 years or more of graphic design experience at agency or in-house setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training. - Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture. - Ability to translate insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling. - Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities. - Proficient understanding of typography design and trends. - Strong visual and verbal communication skills, able to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences. - Proficient in sketching, illustration, print and pattern, color theory, and layout. - Proficient in graphic applications, development, PR and schematic tools, and the apparel product creation processes. - Proficient in Adobe CC and comfortable working within new digital spaces. - Highlight and elevate diverse points of view while fostering an environment of inclusivity. - Experience working and communicating with internal and external partners to ensure the accuracy of intent and graphic execution across a wide range of product types. - Passion for design, strategic thinking, and curiosity. Role Description To provide specialized graphic design and visual production support to the ECW Secretariat, producing high-quality design outputs across flagship publications, replenishment campaigns, event branding, and brand oversight, in line with ECW’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
