• Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, brand channels, presentations, and creative concepts. • Develop AI-generated and AI-assisted videos for short-form content, brand storytelling, product visuals, campaign assets, and experimental formats. • Design layouts, templates, visual systems, and content assets using Figma and other design tools. • Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, editors, marketers, and other designers to bring ideas to life. • Explore and test AI tools, workflows, prompts, and visual techniques to improve the quality and speed of content production. • Translate briefs into strong visual concepts, moodboards, storyboards, animations, and campaign-ready assets. • Maintain consistency across brand visuals while bringing fresh ideas to every project.
• Develop and execute client marketing strategies aligned with business goals, defining priorities, roadmaps and actionable plans • Act as the main point of contact for assigned brands, leading strategic discussions, managing scope, and providing clear recommendations • Own project delivery, coordinating teams and partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and smooth execution • Monitor performance, track KPIs, report insights, and ensure accountability across all contributors • Use your expertise to guide clients with clear, well-founded recommendations and help implement the most effective strategies to achieve their goals

• Responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails from Customers and Creators in a timely and professional manner. • Provide assistance with billing inquiries, technical support, and website navigation. • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating cases when necessary. • Review creator applications to validate the information provided, and providing additional assistance or clarification when necessary. • Preventing chargebacks and mitigating risk by thoroughly reviewing and analyzing transactions for potential fraudulent activity. • Acting as a liaison between customers/creators and internal departments to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving, providing detailed and accurate information. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information and support to our Customers and Creators.
• Apply Agile and Scrum principles in day-to-day work while planning and managing project timelines, releases, and rollouts • Research, evaluate, and validate new product ideas aligned with company OKRs and overall product strategy • Define clear, well-structured product requirements and communicate them effectively to the development team, including technical context and feedback • Collaborate with other Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies, align priorities, and ensure smooth, timely feature delivery • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to set expectations, gather input, and address questions • Scope resources, prioritize backlog items, and define sprint goals while monitoring progress and removing blockers • Lead by example to foster a collaborative, autonomous team environment and drive accountability • Take ownership of problem-solving by driving solutions, implementing fixes, and ensuring task completion • Design and execute A/B tests, and monitor product usage to continuously optimize Creator tools • Stay up to date with industry trends and conduct competitive analysis across both niche and mainstream markets • Understand user flows by implementing tracking, building reports and dashboards, and continuously optimizing flows based on data insights • Understand and track stakeholder KPIs, communicate performance insights, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Own and manage our social media presence across Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Discord, and emerging platforms relevant to our creator base. • Develop and execute a consistent content calendar — short-form video, long-form YouTube, carousels, stories, threads — with a clear understanding of what performs on each platform. • Manage and grow our Discord server — shaping community spaces, creator AMAs, announcements, and day-to-day moderation that keeps the conversation engaging and on-brand. • Appear on-camera as needed: interviews, POV content, event coverage, creator spotlights, and platform-led series. • Write, optimize, and refine scripts using AI tools — turning raw ideas into tight, platform-native content that hooks within the first three seconds. • Build and nurture our creator community through DMs, comments, Discord, and direct engagement. • Attend industry events, conventions, and activations to capture content and represent the brand authentically. • Track performance metrics across all channels and translate data into clear insights and actionable improvements. • Collaborate closely with the BrandButter creative team on campaign launches, seasonal moments, and creator-facing messaging. • Identify trends — in content formats, platform behavior, and the adult creator economy — and move fast when they're relevant.
