• Onboard new clients and helps them integrate our API & launch payment methods • Investigate client-reported incidents & assist with questions via ticketing system • Use internal tools, logs, and monitoring systems (AWS CloudWatch Logs Insights, Kibana/Elasticsearch) • Work closely with our Development, Payments Operations, Sales teams to resolve merchant issues • Escalate requests to appropriate teams and facilitate/track them through resolution • Contribute to internal documentation

• Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, brand channels, presentations, and creative concepts. • Develop AI-generated and AI-assisted videos for short-form content, brand storytelling, product visuals, campaign assets, and experimental formats. • Design layouts, templates, visual systems, and content assets using Figma and other design tools. • Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, editors, marketers, and other designers to bring ideas to life. • Explore and test AI tools, workflows, prompts, and visual techniques to improve the quality and speed of content production. • Translate briefs into strong visual concepts, moodboards, storyboards, animations, and campaign-ready assets. • Maintain consistency across brand visuals while bringing fresh ideas to every project.

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines • Identify and report content that violates safety standards, community guidelines, or legal requirements • Follow established moderation procedures to maintain consistency in enforcement • Meet accuracy and productivity targets while making fair and objective moderation decisions • Escalate complex cases to senior moderators or policy teams when necessary • Maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling sensitive content and user data.

• Manage client relationships and optimize store performance • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations on the platform • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned creators and studios • Analyze performance data and prepare reports • Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and policies • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
• Own our legal documents. • Draft, update, and continuously maintain terms of use, terms of service, acceptable use policies, and other user-facing legal documents across all group products. • Build the compliance framework. • Design, implement, and monitor internal policies, controls, and procedures across business units — creating real structure where it matters. • Lead on data protection and privacy compliance, including GDPR (and other applicable regimes): privacy notices, data processing agreements, records of processing, data subject requests, and support for DPIAs. • Partner with product & engineering. • Advise teams on regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle, turning legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance. • Review content for compliance. Screen marketing, product, and platform content for legal and regulatory risk before it goes live. • Stay ahead of the law. Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in tech, e-commerce, and data protection, and keep our documents current. • Support commercial legal work. Assist the wider Legal team with NDAs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts as needed. • Champion compliance culture. Deliver internal training and help build genuine compliance awareness across the organisation.
• Support the sales team in managing the full deal lifecycle from signed agreement to merchant activation • Coordinate merchant onboarding processes • Facilitate exchange and processing of commercial agreements with merchants and partners • Maintain and update CRM pipeline data, ensuring accuracy and visibility across the sales organization • Support Sales Managers and Business Development leadership with deal execution tasks • Prepare and organize sales documentation and reporting materials
