Role Description O profissional será responsável por projetar e sustentar a arquitetura de Lake House, integrando Data Lakes e Warehouses por meio do desenvolvimento de pipelines de ETL/ELT eficientes. Sua atuação foca na transformação de requisitos de negócio em soluções técnicas escaláveis, garantindo que o processamento, armazenamento e a integração dos dados sigam rigorosos padrões de governança, qualidade e segurança. Além da infraestrutura, o engenheiro atuará como um facilitador técnico para a equipe de desenvolvimento, otimizando modelos de dados e consultas complexas para elevar a performance das aplicações. O perfil exige proatividade na investigação de problemas em plataformas de dados e na pesquisa de novas tecnologias, visando a melhoria contínua dos produtos de dados e o suporte estratégico às necessidades de negócio. Principais atividades - Projetar e implementar a arquitetura Lake House, integrando Data Lakes e Data Warehouses; - Capturar e interpretar requisitos de negócio, realizar o desenho da solução e executar o desenvolvimento de transformações de dados; - Analisar e otimizar modelos de dados, consultas e arquitetura para melhor performance; - Definir e garantir padrões de integração, armazenamento e processamento de dados; - Desenvolver e manter pipelines (ETL/ELT); - Garantir a qualidade e governança dos dados por meio de padrões e monitoramento; - Colaborar com equipe de desenvolvimento para entender as necessidades do negócio e propor soluções estratégicas; - Entender todos os modelos de dados existentes para auxiliar os desenvolvedores em criação de novas features ou correções; - Ajudar os desenvolvedores na construção de consultas e/ou criação de procedures mais complexas; - Propor melhorias na arquitetura e/ou mudança de consultas para melhorar a performance das aplicações; - Suportar e melhorar os produtos de dados em operação; - Realizar a investigação, análise e resolução de problemas nas plataformas de dados; - Pesquisar e implementar novas tecnologias para otimização de dados; Qualifications - Arquitetura e Modelagem: Sólida experiência em arquitetura Lake House e domínio de técnicas de modelagem de dados (Star Schema e Snowflake). - Linguagens e Dados: SQL Avançado (DML/DDL) e proficiência em programação com Python para manipulação de grandes volumes de dados. - Ecossistema de Engenharia: Experiência prática na construção de pipelines ETL/ELT utilizando ferramentas de orquestração e transformação como Airflow e dbt. - Ingestão e Nuvem: Conhecimento em ferramentas de ingestão de dados (preferencialmente Fivetran) e vivência no ambiente Google Cloud Platform (GCP), com foco em BigQuery.
