Full TimeRemoteLeadTeam 4Since 2020

Role Description We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that sits at the center of Akkio’s go-to-market engine — supporting the CRO and working across sales, marketing, finance, and executive leadership to drive operational excellence and scalable growth. You’ll move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution — one day shaping how we report to the board, the next rebuilding a process in the CRM. If you’re energized by that kind of range, this role was built for you. What You’ll Do - Executive and strategic support - Partner directly with the CRO to develop board materials, executive reporting, and strategic analyses that inform key business decisions. - Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, revenue performance, and GTM efficiency. - Translate data into narratives — synthesizing complex information into clear, decision-ready outputs for the executive team and board. - Sales operations - Own the day-to-day operations of our sales tech stack, ensuring data integrity, process adherence, and system performance across the full sales cycle. - Define and enforce pipeline management standards, deal stage hygiene, and forecasting methodology in partnership with the sales team. - Identify bottlenecks in the revenue process and drive continuous improvement across conversion rates, cycle times, and rep productivity. - Marketing operations - Manage and optimize marketing automation systems, lead routing, and attribution models to ensure clean handoffs between marketing and sales. - Partner with marketing leadership to design campaign tracking, measure program performance, and improve funnel visibility end to end. - Maintain data quality across marketing platforms and ensure alignment with the broader GTM data model. - Finance and cross-functional alignment - Serve as the connective tissue between revenue and finance — supporting revenue recognition, quota setting, compensation modeling, and annual planning. - Collaborate with finance on ARR reporting, bookings reconciliation, and forecasting accuracy. - Drive alignment across GTM functions by establishing shared definitions, process documentation, and cross-functional operating rhythms. Qualifications - 4–7 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related GTM function — ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment. - Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical level: you’ve built exec-facing deliverables and you’ve also rolled up your sleeves in the CRM. - Deep familiarity with GTM tech stacks — HubSpot or equivalent CRM; marketing automation platforms; BI or reporting tools; and comfort using AI coding tools like Claude to automate workflows and build internal tooling. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to move from raw data to executive-ready insight quickly. - Excellent communication skills — you can present complex data and strategic recommendations to executives with clarity and confidence. - A bias for action, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball. - Experience supporting or working alongside a CRO and GTM executives is a strong plus. Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) - Generous PTO policy Additional Information - Location: Remote-first company with no central office location. This position is fully remote. - Compensation: Competitive salary range of $150,000 - $175,000 depending on experience, plus equity grants. - Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US.

Product Designer33 days ago
Full TimeRemoteSeniorTeam 4Since 2020

Role Description As a Senior Product Designer at Akkio, you will play an essential role in designing the features our agency partners use to plan, run, and measure campaigns every day. You'll be a strong product thinker and visual designer who can connect user problems to business outcomes, working hand in hand with our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams on some of our most important features. This is not a role for someone who wants to decorate a finished product. You'll sit between our teams making decisions about how humans and agents collaborate inside workflows that don't have established patterns yet. One week you're designing the way a strategist briefs an agent; the next you're figuring out how an analyst audits what that agent did. The problems are unfamiliar on purpose, and that's the interesting part. The design team is small enough that your work will define how our partners experience Akkio for years to come. How You Work - You ship to learn. - You question the foundations. - You integrate AI directly into your design process. - You track the technology. - You don't trade craft for speed. What You'll Do - Own the full design process. - Design for agentic workflows. - Partner closely with engineering. - Raise the craft bar. - Tell the story. Qualifications - 5+ years of product design experience, with real ownership on complex B2B or enterprise software. - A strong bias to execution coupled with high craft standards and attention to detail. - AI-reflexivity: you already use agentic building tools in your daily practice. - You have opinions about how AI changes product design itself, and you're vocal about them. - A portfolio that shows your process, not just polished final frames. - Comfort with ambiguity. Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k). - Generous PTO policy. Company Description Akkio is the AI infrastructure platform that powers and automates workflows across the media ecosystem. Embedded directly in customers' cloud environments, Akkio transforms data into intelligent workflows - helping teams move faster, make better decisions, and deliver results in minutes instead of days. Join Akkio and help transform how media companies leverage AI in marketing and advertising. You'll be at the forefront of applying AI technologies to solve real business problems in a rapidly evolving industry, with direct impact on product direction and company growth while working with major clients in the media space. Our culture is built around shared wins, so your success drives larger career, financial, and personal growth through competitive compensation, substantial equity grants, flexible work arrangements, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and professional development opportunities.

About Akkio Akkio is the AI workflows platform that automates every workflow across the campaign lifecycle, helping media agencies and data providers activate their data and expertise at scale to deliver better campaigns faster. Founded in 2019, Akkio combines state-of-the-art ML technology with a simple, intuitive interface to ensure agencies can easily infuse data into every decision across the campaign lifecycle to enhance client outcomes. With recent Series A funding of $15M, we're rapidly expanding our operations to meet growing demand from major media companies. The Opportunity As a Global Client Executive, you will own and grow Akkio's most significant enterprise relationships worldwide. This is a senior, quota-carrying role for a strategic seller who thrives at the intersection of AI, data, and media — someone who can navigate complex organizations, orchestrate multi-stakeholder deals, and position Akkio as a mission-critical platform partner. You'll be a key driver of Akkio's next phase of growth, working directly with C-suite and VP-level decision makers at global agencies and media networks. What You'll Do - Revenue & Deal Ownership: You will manage and expand a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, owning the full deal cycle from qualification through contract execution, to owning the revenue number for active accounts. You'll lead complex, multi-threaded negotiations — often spanning procurement, legal, IT, data science, and executive leadership — and close strategic, multi-year agreements. - Market Presence: You'll represent Akkio at major industry conferences, client events, and executive roundtables globally. Travel is an expected and meaningful part of this role — you'll be on the ground where decisions are made and relationships are built. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll work closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure the deals you close are set up for long-term success. You'll bring market intelligence back to the product and go-to-market teams, shaping how Akkio evolves to meet enterprise client needs. What We're Looking For - You bring 8+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a track record of closing and expanding seven-figure, multi-stakeholder deals at global organizations. - Experience selling into media agencies, marketing technology, or data/analytics platforms is a strong advantage. - You're a credible, confident presence with senior executives and comfortable navigating the political complexity of large, matrixed organizations. - You understand the media and advertising ecosystem well enough to have a point of view in the room — not just deliver a pitch. - You operate with a high degree of independence and ownership. - You're as comfortable building an account plan from scratch as you are running a late-stage negotiation. - You manage your time and pipeline with discipline, and you bring a consultative, insight-led approach to every client interaction. - Comfort with AI and data concepts is essential. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you need to be able to hold a compelling, informed conversation about how AI-driven workflows, predictive modeling, and generative analytics can change a client's business. Travel & Location This role is fully remote with the expectation of regular travel for client meetings, executive business reviews, and industry events including CES, POSSIBLE, Cannes Lions, Advertising Week, and similar global conferences.
