• Open and develop the Brazilian market end-to-end as the company’s first local hire. • Generate the company’s first recurring revenue in Brazil through prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing. • Build and manage a qualified pipeline across Forestry, Agro, Carbon Projects, Government, Conservation NGOs, and related sectors. • Adapt the existing commercial playbook to the Brazilian market and execute it with high autonomy. • Activate local partnerships to accelerate sales, referrals, and ecosystem presence. • Represent the company at relevant events, congresses, industry meetups, and face-to-face commercial opportunities in Brazil. • Work closely with the global team on technical handoffs, client onboarding, and customer success. • Hire and onboard the first local SDR once revenue targets are achieved.
Job Requirements
- Brazilian native currently living in Brazil.
- Mid-Senior or Senior commercial profile with strong B2B sales experience.
- Proven hunter mindset, with clear evidence of prospecting, opening markets, and building pipeline from scratch.
- Experience selling into at least one relevant vertical: Forestry, Agro, Carbon Projects, Government, Insurance, NGOs, Climate, or Environmental Services.
- Strong track record of commercial execution, with the ability to run the full sales cycle independently.
- Highly autonomous, self-driven, and comfortable operating without an existing local commercial structure.
- Strong relationship-builder, with an active network in at least one relevant sector.
- Native Portuguese and fluent Spanish, as daily interaction with the global team happens in Spanish.
- Disciplined with CRM usage, pipeline management, and weekly forecasting.
- Genuinely motivated by environmental impact, wildfire prevention, and biodiversity protection.
- Fast, adaptable, transparent, and comfortable in a high-expectation startup environment.
