• Lead Design efforts in one of Loft's most strategic areas, connecting user needs, business objectives, and product strategy. • Develop and accelerate designers' growth, promoting autonomy, continuous learning, and a high-trust, collaborative environment. • Bridge strategy and execution by aligning company direction with squads' day-to-day challenges and contributing to the evolution of strategic decisions. • Support teams in making complex decisions, improving solution quality through context, data, systems thinking, and design best practices. • Act as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and other business areas, building alignment and influencing decisions that advance the products. • Promote an integrated view across products and customer journeys, strengthening Loft's ecosystem and increasing the value delivered to real estate agencies throughout their relationship with the company. • Strengthen the design discipline by evolving practices, developing people, and expanding the team's influence on product development and Loft's strategy.

• Lead Product Security and Cloud Security initiatives from design through operation • Influence architecture and product decisions, embedding security from development through production • Protect applications, APIs, and AWS environments, balancing security, performance, and availability • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, prioritizing automation and scalability • Serve as a technical reference for engineering teams, promoting best practices and reducing friction in the SDLC • Continuously evolve the security posture for cloud, applications, and generative AI • Define and operate protection strategies for applications and APIs using WAF/WAAP (preferably Azion) • Lead API security efforts, mitigating risks described in the OWASP API Security Top 10 • Improve AWS security posture using CSPM/CNAPP (Wiz or similar), Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, and other native services • Develop automations for vulnerability remediation and security processes • Integrate security into the SDLC through threat modeling, security reviews, and AppSec practices • Define controls for the safe use of AI in engineering and products • Support incident response, technical documentation, and risk indicators

• Work independently and lead end-to-end tasks • Provide technical leadership to the engineering team by improving and guiding the architecture • Contribute to reducing development process complexity • Work closely with Product to translate business needs into creative, elegant, incremental, and efficient solutions • Design and develop components and applications with simplicity, efficiency, maintainability, and code reusability in mind • Ensure documentation of applications and architectural decisions • Ensure observability of production applications and participate in incident resolution • Actively analyze and improve application scalability, stability, and security • Take ownership of projects end-to-end • Strong collaboration skills to remove any blockers encountered • Stay up to date with web development trends, frameworks, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance development processes

• Lead and develop commercial consultants, fostering a high-performance culture, collaboration and close customer relationships • Monitor regional KPIs and translate data into action plans to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency • Strengthen and expand relationships with partner Credit Advisors, maintaining close market engagement • Ensure consistent execution of commercial routines, follow-ups and regional management cadences • Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Planning and Payments to remove obstacles and improve partner experience • Actively participate in visits, meetings and strategic commercial initiatives with the region’s key partners • Support the evolution of commercial and management processes, contributing to scalability and better organization of the operation.

• Map and prospect medium and large real estate developers • Present Loft's new resale and registration business model as an operational efficiency solution for partners • Manage the B2B sales pipeline, from initial contact through signing of the partnership agreement • Serve as the focal point between the developer and Loft's operations team

• Develop small internal solutions and MVPs, such as forms, automations, simple dashboards, and functional prototypes; • Create data ingestion, processing, and visualization flows; • Support the automation of manual processes using low-code/no-code tools or simple code; • Build basic login screens, forms, and monitoring dashboards; • Assist in requirements gathering with stakeholders, translating needs into practical solutions; • Test, document, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback; • Support maintenance and minor improvements of existing solutions.

• Architect Intelligent Operations (AIOps): Implement AI solutions for monitoring the health of financial flows, detecting anomalies in payments, and performing intelligent data reconciliation. • Acceleration with AI-assisted development: Use and evangelize next-generation tools (Lovable, Bolt, n8n, Cursor) to build interfaces and workflows that make business teams' day-to-day work easier. • Development of Agents and LLMs: Integrate language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and agents to automate data extraction from invoices, contracts, and complex financial communications. • Robust Integration Engineering: Develop and maintain Python APIs and pipelines that securely connect our internal systems to Oracle NetSuite and other financial hubs. • Spec Driven Development (SDD) culture: Lead specification-driven development, ensuring every automation is documented, testable, and strictly meets compliance and business needs. • Technical Mentorship: Serve as a reference for coding best practices and the ethical and efficient use of AI, raising the technical level of the automation team.

• Act as a technical consultant in complex negotiations, designing integration architectures between the Loft ecosystem and clients' systems • Identify improvement opportunities and submit Pull Requests (PRs) to Product/Engineering teams to enhance our APIs, Webhooks and modules • Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and functional prototypes to demonstrate the technical value of our solution in real client scenarios • Translate technical business needs into engineering requirements, influencing the roadmap based on real implementation data • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, acting as the bridge between customer feedback and product evolution • Create documentation, integration guides and SDKs that facilitate development by our customers • Work with technologies such as Kotlin, PHP, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Kafka and BigQuery
