• Lead and develop commercial consultants, fostering a high-performance culture, collaboration and close customer relationships • Monitor regional KPIs and translate data into action plans to drive performance improvements and operational efficiency • Strengthen and expand relationships with partner Credit Advisors, maintaining close market engagement • Ensure consistent execution of commercial routines, follow-ups and regional management cadences • Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Planning and Payments to remove obstacles and improve partner experience • Actively participate in visits, meetings and strategic commercial initiatives with the region’s key partners • Support the evolution of commercial and management processes, contributing to scalability and better organization of the operation.

• Map and prospect medium and large real estate developers • Present Loft's new resale and registration business model as an operational efficiency solution for partners • Manage the B2B sales pipeline, from initial contact through signing of the partnership agreement • Serve as the focal point between the developer and Loft's operations team

• Develop small internal solutions and MVPs, such as forms, automations, simple dashboards, and functional prototypes; • Create data ingestion, processing, and visualization flows; • Support the automation of manual processes using low-code/no-code tools or simple code; • Build basic login screens, forms, and monitoring dashboards; • Assist in requirements gathering with stakeholders, translating needs into practical solutions; • Test, document, and iterate on solutions based on user feedback; • Support maintenance and minor improvements of existing solutions.

• Architect Intelligent Operations (AIOps): Implement AI solutions for monitoring the health of financial flows, detecting anomalies in payments, and performing intelligent data reconciliation. • Acceleration with AI-assisted development: Use and evangelize next-generation tools (Lovable, Bolt, n8n, Cursor) to build interfaces and workflows that make business teams' day-to-day work easier. • Development of Agents and LLMs: Integrate language models (OpenAI, Anthropic) and agents to automate data extraction from invoices, contracts, and complex financial communications. • Robust Integration Engineering: Develop and maintain Python APIs and pipelines that securely connect our internal systems to Oracle NetSuite and other financial hubs. • Spec Driven Development (SDD) culture: Lead specification-driven development, ensuring every automation is documented, testable, and strictly meets compliance and business needs. • Technical Mentorship: Serve as a reference for coding best practices and the ethical and efficient use of AI, raising the technical level of the automation team.

• Act as a technical consultant in complex negotiations, designing integration architectures between the Loft ecosystem and clients' systems • Identify improvement opportunities and submit Pull Requests (PRs) to Product/Engineering teams to enhance our APIs, Webhooks and modules • Build proofs of concept (PoCs) and functional prototypes to demonstrate the technical value of our solution in real client scenarios • Translate technical business needs into engineering requirements, influencing the roadmap based on real implementation data • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, acting as the bridge between customer feedback and product evolution • Create documentation, integration guides and SDKs that facilitate development by our customers • Work with technologies such as Kotlin, PHP, TypeScript, React, Kubernetes, AWS, Terraform, PostgreSQL, Kafka and BigQuery

• Develop innovative products based on foundation models and machine learning • Monitor the impact of data solutions, translating technical metrics into strategic insights for senior leadership • Serve as a consultative partner to stakeholders to identify opportunities, design new solutions, or optimize legacy products • Collaborate in multidisciplinary squads, integrating Product, Design, and Engineering perspectives to enable implementation of these solutions • Ensure continuous evolution and proactive maintenance of the existing product ecosystem

• Serve as the technical and strategic reference for multiple squads, raising the level of discovery, prioritization and solution quality • Lead the product vision and strategy for the Rental Guarantee (Fiança Locatícia) domain, with a focus on tenant move-out (desocupação), delinquency, recovery and automation of critical processes • Orchestrate complex stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Finance, Data Science, Engineering and Executive Leadership) in a regulated, high-risk environment • Translate complex operational and legal challenges into scalable products, reducing dependence on manual work and human variability • Ensure direct impact on key metrics such as Net Loss, time to vacancy/tenant move-out, operational efficiency, cost per case and financial predictability • Act as the problem owner, connecting business strategy, contractual rules (TCG), data and technology across the entire contract lifecycle • Drive an AI-first vision, exploring automations, intelligent agents and predictive models for decision-making and execution.

• Design, build, and evolve scalable analytical data models, ensuring quality, performance, and alignment with the strategic needs of partner teams • Define and prioritize the data roadmap, connecting business objectives, strategic vision, and technical feasibility • Standardize processes and create documentation for historical data and new data products • Apply a product-minded approach to data to optimize and create data products that drive business impact • Serve as a technical and consultative reference for stakeholders, translating business problems into robust analytical solutions • Promote analytical autonomy across business teams, strengthening the company’s data-driven culture • Mentor and develop analysts and analytics engineers, supporting technical growth, best practices, and a sense of ownership • Contribute to the evolution of data architecture and infrastructure in partnership with the Platform team • Define and enforce quality standards, including testing, versioning, documentation, and monitoring of pipelines and analytical models
