Qualifications - 7-10 years of experience leading a team of IT Program/Project Managers in a highly technical, matrixed environment. - Strong technical background with enterprise systems design and software development processes. - Strong proficiency in understanding complex technical challenges. - Previous experience leading complex implementation of enterprise systems (Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, etc.). - Experience managing complex software-based projects with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams, managing dependencies across many concurrent projects. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at various levels across multiple functions, including C-suite executives. - Proven track record of change management focused on building strong interdepartmental relationships and influencing people engagement and expectations management. - Proven experience in developing and implementing project management methodologies and tools within a complex organization. - Ability to make and recommend data-driven decisions and leverage project management, workflow, and analytics tools to create a data-driven culture.
