• Owning Asana — tracking project progress, keeping timelines tight, and anticipating needs before they become problems • Converting client requests into clearly defined tasks and assigning them to the right people • Building client reports (with a path toward pulling social data directly as you grow into the role) • Supporting CRM setup and management in Pipedrive • Helping craft and manage proposals using Proposalify • Acting as the connective tissue between clients, deliverables, and the team

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of marketing agency experience — you understand how agencies operate and you've lived the pace
  • C1/C2 English proficiency — you communicate confidently and professionally, both in writing and verbally
  • Based in Cebu, Manila, or Davao — we're specifically looking for candidates in these cities
  • Available during US daytime hours (Michigan time) — this is a hard requirement; overlap and responsiveness matter
