Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of marketing agency experience — you understand how agencies operate and you've lived the pace
- C1/C2 English proficiency — you communicate confidently and professionally, both in writing and verbally
- Based in Cebu, Manila, or Davao — we're specifically looking for candidates in these cities
- Available during US daytime hours (Michigan time) — this is a hard requirement; overlap and responsiveness matter
- Someone who is genuinely Type A — you notice the details others miss, you follow through, and you take ownership
- A creative eye for copy — you can spot when something sounds off and you're not afraid to make it better
