Project Manager – Site Acquisition

• Manage the Site Acquisition process in the Seattle area. • Support the Site Acquisition process and help manage the contracts/leases of the selected sites. • Negotiate real estate development transactions, from beginning to end including strategy development, business term negotiation, and support full legal negotiation. • Act as a key member of the Site Acquisitions team in developing growth strategies for specific markets. • Implement a strategic plan while interacting with internal stakeholders (e.g. product teams, energy, fiber, design, construction, legal, tax, etc.). • Understand the technical requirements of engineering teams and develop solutions that meet the design and business targets. • Prepare and present transaction summaries to senior management team regarding progress, financial approvals and overall deal costs / benefits. • Provide management for multiple complex contract negotiations simultaneously. • Deliver lease and permit approvals for multiple sites for network integration. • Obtain permits, approvals, and entitlements from local/municipal, state, and federal government. • Secure entitlements and leases, municipal approvals, civil reviews, utility coordination, liaison with landlords, property owners, and developers.
Job Requirements
- A background that includes experience in real estate, development, business, financial, strategic and technical operations/management.
- Experience and ability to negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts for real estate and infrastructure transactions.
- Be able to think strategically about business, market, and technical challenges with the skill to build and convey compelling value strategy plans.
- Experience preparing, reviewing and negotiating the financial analysis of potential deal structures.
- Possess strong negotiation abilities to include legal document review and negotiation in conjunction with legal counsel.
- 5-10 years’ experience with Project management in Site Acquisition environment

Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural / Architectural Project Coordinator to support a large-scale and technically complex hydric development project combining residential and commercial components. This role is heavily focused on multidisciplinary technical coordination, constructability review, and execution readiness across architectural, structural steel, and MEP scopes. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between disciplines, ensuring all project documentation and detailing are fully coordinated before reaching construction and contractor implementation stages. This is not a pure drafting or modeling position. We are looking for a senior-level professional with strong real-world construction understanding, capable of proactively identifying coordination gaps, clashes, missing information, and constructability issues before they impact execution. The position is intended to be long-term and integrated into ongoing project coordination workflows. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate technical information between structural steel, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines. - Review and validate that detailing and documentation align with architectural intent and construction requirements. - Identify clashes, constructability issues, missing details, and coordination conflicts prior to execution. - Ensure multidisciplinary documentation is fully coordinated before reaching contractors and site implementation. - Support BIM coordination and clash detection workflows across disciplines. - Collaborate closely with project teams, consultants, and contractors to maintain consistency and execution clarity. - Anticipate field and execution-related issues from a practical construction perspective.
