Implementation Manager

LEAP

• Be an expert in two or more Leap Technology products, mainly Mobile and Activations • Manage Tier 1 and Cross-Sell Client implementations; oversee the internal delivery process to ensure on-time and on-target implementation • Work independently and creatively to deliver exceptional client service • Manage and implement solutions as the main client contact or as part of a larger internal team based on the project's requirements • Build Activations for Clients and/or Project Manage App Builds • Onboard and Train Clients on Leap Technology’s suite of products • Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, Product, Sales Engineers, Client Success Managers, Finance, Event Operations, Customer Care, and Marketing Services to ensure all aspects of Client Implementation are completed • Review and approve all builds and deliverables; engage with the client to receive approvals and acceptance prior to launch • Engage fully with Project Managers to provide status and details of builds, coordinate and manage timelines to ensure products are built and deployed to the project’s requirements • Clearly communicate progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Be fluent in our shared Project Management tool and a champion of our shared Leap Technology tools • Contribute to our knowledge base & documentation on Leap Technology Products & internal processes • Integrate and collaborate with 3rd party solutions • Share ideas for new features and products and suggest workflow improvements with Implementation Directors; Continuously improve processes and efficiency. • Document and share creative solutions with Implementation and Support teams • Travel onsite to events and represent Leap Technology onsite as needed

Job Requirements

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 2-4 years client-facing project management experience
  • 3+ years experience in the live events and/or SaaS industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to confidently interact with clients and professionals of all backgrounds
  • Ability to self-start and complete tasks independently
  • Willingness to travel, including overnight and weekends
  • Capacity to execute multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Strong technical skills
  • Possess a passion for creating live event experiences with an eye for improving the customer experience
  • Must be fluent in English. French and/or Spanish language skills a plus

We take our mission seriously and invite others to join us in building a better recycling system for all.  Position Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director, Policy, this role advances and operationalizes extended producer responsibility (EPR) and related recycling policy at the state level, ensuring The Recycling Partnership is strategically positioned to influence policy development and support effective, equitable recycling systems. Serving as a subject matter expert on EPR legislation and regulatory frameworks, this role leads state-level policy engagement, builds and maintains strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and oversees high-impact policy analysis and implementation initiatives. In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Senior Director monitors legislative and regulatory activity, translates policy developments into actionable guidance, supports state and Circular Action Alliance (CAA) RFP efforts, and contributes to policy-driven deliverables that advance organizational priorities and measurable impact across states. What You’ll Do: EPR Policy Leadership and Strategy - Serve as the organization’s senior expert on EPR policy and implementation in assigned states. - Monitor and interpret legislative, regulatory, and rulemaking activity. - Develop policy positions, written comments, and guidance related to EPR implementation. - Provide clear, actionable policy insights to support internal planning and decision-making. - Translate complex policy developments into practical guidance for staff, partners, and funders. Interest Holder Engagement and Relationship Management - Build and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, nonprofits, industry partners, and community organizations. - Represent the organization at state-level meetings, coalitions, and industry events. - Stay informed on interest holder priorities, dynamics, and influence within assigned states. - Advise internal teams on engagement strategies, partnerships, and collaboration opportunities. Policy Project Leadership and Deliverables - Lead policy-focused projects, including assessments and implementation planning efforts. - Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality policy analyses, reports, and tools. - Support implementation initiatives by providing policy context, interest holder perspectives, and content review. - Serve as a policy advisor on select RFP implementation projects, as needed. People Leadership and Organizational Collaboration - Lead, coach, and develop team members to support performance and growth. - Foster accountability, collaboration, and alignment with organizational priorities. - Model inclusive leadership and contribute to a positive, values-driven culture. - Collaborate with senior leaders to advance cross-functional initiatives and organizational goals. - Build team capacity through delegation, mentoring, and talent development. State RFP Support and Cross-Unit Collaboration - Identify policy-related consulting and advisory opportunities in assigned states. - Support state-level and Circular Action Alliance (CAA) RFP development in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Provide policy insights to inform proposals, scopes of work, and budgets.
