Job Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in a Sales Analyst role or in a similar growth or analytics role within a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Proficiency in Google Apps Script
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and the broader sales technology ecosystem
- Strong organizational skills and sound business judgment, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and craft clear, compelling narratives using data
- Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to understand sales processes, policies, and systems and communicate effectively across company, team, and sales-rep audiences
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university; degrees in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, or Engineering are a plus; MBA is optional
- Salesforce Administrator Certifications are a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Product Management and/or Six Sigma best practices is a plus but not required
