Role Description The School Relations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating school-based services for students and School Behavior Intervention Specialists. This role serves as a liaison between school districts, school staff, and internal teams to ensure accurate scheduling, timely communication, and consistent service delivery. The School Relations Coordinator works closely with the School Services team to maintain scheduling accuracy, support staffing needs, and ensure district requirements are met. - Coordinate and manage schedules for school-based students and School Behavior Intervention Specialists. - Ensure authorized service hours are fully utilized and staffing needs are met across assigned districts. - Assign substitute coverage for staff absences, vacations, cancellations, and schedule changes. - Partner with the Senior Manager of School Relations to support district staffing and scheduling needs. - Maintain and update staff, student, and district schedules within CentralReach. - Conduct monthly audits of staff availability, time-off requests, district calendars, and non-service school days to ensure scheduling accuracy. - Communicate scheduling updates and service needs with Behavior Intervention Specialists, supervisors, district contacts, and internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with Human Resources, Billing, Onboarding, Training, Regional Scheduling, and School Services teams to ensure seamless operations. - Monitor scheduling trends and proactively identify solutions to staffing and coverage challenges. - Maintain accurate documentation and records related to scheduling and district services. - Support special projects and operational initiatives as assigned. - Perform additional administrative duties as determined by the needs of the organization. Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, workforce management, administrative support, or related operational roles. - Experience in education, healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred. - Experience with CentralReach or similar scheduling/EMR systems preferred. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams. - Ability to problem-solve, prioritize competing demands, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records. - Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality. - Sensitive to working with an ethnically, linguistically, culturally, and economically diverse population. • Drive adoption of AI-native engineering workflows including coding assistants, autonomous agents, MCP ecosystems, AI-assisted testing, code review, and spec-driven development practices. • Create high-impact technical content including blogs, tutorials, architecture guides, demos, workshops, videos, implementation playbooks, and workflow education material focused on AI-native software engineering and developer productivity. • Build demo repositories, reusable workflow examples, and practical implementation patterns that help engineering teams adopt AI-native development practices using tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Anthropic, OpenAI Codex, MCP servers, and autonomous developer agents. • Drive developer engagement and ecosystem awareness through technical storytelling, developer education initiatives, online engagement, social platforms, workshops, webinars, hackathons, and community participation. • Partner with Engineering, Platform, AI Enablement, and Developer Experience teams to improve adoption of AI-native workflows, developer tooling, and agentic development practices across the organization. • Educate developers on emerging AI-native engineering paradigms including prompt-driven development, agent orchestration, AI-assisted testing, verification-first workflows, and autonomous software delivery patterns. • Act as an advocate for developer productivity and workflow transformation by identifying friction points and enabling scalable AI-assisted engineering practices. • Measure and improve adoption of AI-native engineering practices through developer feedback, workflow telemetry, productivity metrics, content engagement, onboarding insights, and enablement outcomes.

• Create technical content demonstrating how to effectively use VMs, GPU clusters, Kubernetes, SLURM and Soperator for diverse computing workloads. • Develop sample code, tutorials and reference architectures showcasing best practices for cloud computing and ML infrastructure. • Build and present technical demonstrations of Nebius’ cloud platform at conferences, workshops and online events. • Produce clear, engaging explanations of complex infrastructure concepts for various technical audiences. • Represent Nebius at industry events, conferences, hackathons and online forums focused on cloud infrastructure and ML computing. • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the broader developer and cloud computing community. • Engage with developers on technical forums, social media and community platforms to provide guidance on infrastructure topics. • Organize and lead workshops, webinars and training sessions on effective use of cloud resources for various workloads. • Gather insights and feedback from the developer community to inform our product roadmap. • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve developer experience with our cloud offerings. • Identify common challenges developers face when working with cloud infrastructure and help create solutions. • Advocate for developer needs internally while representing Nebius's interests externally. • Author technical blog posts about infrastructure optimization, deployment techniques and orchestration best practices. • Create video tutorials and live coding sessions demonstrating effective use of Nebius cloud infrastructure. • Contribute to technical documentation, best practices guides and knowledge base articles. • Develop and share thought leadership content on cloud computing trends and technologies.
