Technical Instructional Designer
CSG
• Design and develop on-demand, video-based, instructor-led, virtual-instructor-led, and blended learning courses and programs for CSG Forte software solution offerings and applications • Review technical documentation and existing course materials, and interview SMEs for the purpose of developing instructional materials • Collaborate with end users to define and identify business procedures and establish content and documentation • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collect and interpret information • Utilize and update training materials using CSG Quality and Document Control requirements • Delivers train-the-trainer programs for CSG Forte staff and job-specific trainers as required • Develop positive relationships with stakeholders and team members • Actively develops CSG Forte product knowledge • Network with key contacts within CSG Forte to gather feedback on product enhancements and learning content • Design, develop, and deliver web content, user guides, and end-user training materials • Deliver blended learning solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) as necessary • Maintain the accuracy of all documentation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related experience developing on-demand, instructor-led, virtual-instructor-led, and blended learning courses and large-scale education programs
- 3-5 years of related experience using the ADDIE/SAM/instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to apply current tools and technologies for cost-effective, convenient, flexible, and accessible education
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate and in video development and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere or Camtasia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert technical writing/editing skills
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise text
- Ability to apply professional concepts to resolve issues
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to consistently adhere to multiple deadlines and frequently changing workloads
- Ability to work independently, delivering accurate documentation under deadline pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Documentation layout and design skills are a plus
- Proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language in a business environment.

Role Description Brandeis University’s Online Health Informatics Program is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member for RHIN 155 Digital Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) for the Fall-2 2026 session. This 3-credit asynchronous online course is an 8-week requirement for the Master of Science in Health Informatics. This course will highlight how health technologies can influence access to and utilization of healthcare. It will explore the impacts of the integration of SDOH data into product and analytic design, equity-focused evaluation methods, bias identification and mitigation, and inclusive design practices for underserved populations.
