• Support the delivery and embedding of Clinical Training and Education in Region (Benelux) • Build knowledge, confidence and competence to drive clinical excellence and help to achieve increased uptake of Omnipod • Deliver new product launch training in region to Internal teams • Delivery of education programmes for internal clinical and sales teams in region • Deliver digital, virtual and face to face training in both group and individual settings • Creation of educational material and use of the Veeva Medical Review (MLR) framework for approval of content • Assess and support Certified Pod Training and CSMs in skills needed to be effective • Collaborate with Sales Excellence, Clinical Teams, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access • Deliver the Education strategy plan in region

• Ensure ongoing management, identify improvements, and execute activities related to OKRs, strategic projects, and the organization’s metrics rituals; • Collaborate with the Career and Performance teams to ensure cycles are connected to performance and the company’s strategy; • Deliver trainings and engagement activities for leaders, and facilitate and organize OKR rituals; • Promote the maintenance and continuous development of the OKR champions program; • Perform data and metrics analysis, prepare reports and L&D/Performance mappings to identify needs, and propose and implement development projects aligned with the company’s strategy.

Role Description Brandeis University’s Online Health Informatics Program is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member for RHIN 155 Digital Health Equity and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) for the Fall-2 2026 session. This 3-credit asynchronous online course is an 8-week requirement for the Master of Science in Health Informatics. This course will highlight how health technologies can influence access to and utilization of healthcare. It will explore the impacts of the integration of SDOH data into product and analytic design, equity-focused evaluation methods, bias identification and mitigation, and inclusive design practices for underserved populations. Core Course Responsibilities Summary - Course Logistics and Facilitation: Focuses on the organized and timely rollout of course content, maintaining consistent communication through weekly announcements, and ensuring all instructional activities occur within university-approved digital platforms. - Instructor Presence and Engagement: Centers on building an active teaching persona by hosting live introductory sessions, facilitating weekly academic discourse in forums, and maintaining regular availability for student consultation. - Individual Feedback and Grading: Emphasizes the professional obligation to provide transparent, rubric-based evaluations and supportive commentary on student work within a standardized weekly timeframe. - Professional Conduct and Standards: Requires adherence to university communication protocols, the promotion of respectful online "netiquette," and ensuring the course meets accessibility and technical visibility standards before and during the term. Qualifications - Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Health Informatics, Public Health, Health Policy or a related field. - Professional experience in roles within diverse industries or sectors, with a focus on healthcare technology evaluation and assessment, specifically for those in underserved populations. - Strong knowledge of social determinants of health and barriers for marginalized populations. - At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous). - Experience with online instruction. - Excellent communication and teaching skills in an online learning environment. Requirements - Prior online teaching experience at the graduate level (preferred). - Knowledge of global learner personas and culturally responsive pedagogy (preferred). - Familiarity with Moodle LMS and digital authoring tools (e.g., H5P) (preferred).
