Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in adult learning program design, development, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Ability to manage the content development life cycle, from needs analysis to evaluation, leveraging instructional design best practices.
  • A knack for transforming complex information into engaging and impactful learning experiences.
  • Experience using Canva, Articulate 360, Workday Learning, Survey Monkey, and AI tools (such as Synthesia) is an asset.
