Senior Learning & Development Analyst – OKRs

• Ensure ongoing management, identify improvements, and execute activities related to OKRs, strategic projects, and the organization’s metrics rituals; • Collaborate with the Career and Performance teams to ensure cycles are connected to performance and the company’s strategy; • Deliver trainings and engagement activities for leaders, and facilitate and organize OKR rituals; • Promote the maintenance and continuous development of the OKR champions program; • Perform data and metrics analysis, prepare reports and L&D/Performance mappings to identify needs, and propose and implement development projects aligned with the company’s strategy.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D);
- Hands-on experience with OKRs, including teaching, supporting their design, and implementing/structuring rituals;
- Experience developing and/or facilitating initiatives focused on performance and strategic rollout using AI-first solutions;
- Experience designing workflows and automations with AI and integrating tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini + Google Workspace + Slack + Confluence/LMS), ensuring adoption and quality;
- Ability to translate concepts into practical tools (templates, scripts/playbooks, guides, frameworks);
- Data-oriented mindset and continuous improvement focus (defining metrics and tracking progress);
- Experience in product/technology environments or in organizations undergoing growth or transformation.
