• Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial and executive leaders by translating data into strategic insights and recommendations • Support annual planning, forecasting, and long-range strategy through customer, market, pricing, and profitability analysis • Own the design, tracking, and interpretation of core commercial KPIs (e.g., revenue, margin, pricing, mix, customer profitability, pipeline, churn) • Lead regular performance reviews (monthly/quarterly) and provide insightful narratives on results, risks, and opportunities • Partner with pricing, finance, and commercial teams to evaluate pricing strategies, discounting, and margin leakage • Guide the development of dashboards and reporting that are insight-led, decision‑oriented, and executive-ready • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Data teams
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering, or a related analytical field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, strategy, finance, or a related function, with significant business‑facing responsibility
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, and commercial systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Proven experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior leadership decisions
- Strong understanding of commercial performance drivers, including revenue, margin, pricing, mix, customer profitability, and sales pipeline dynamics
- Hands‑on experience supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management processes
- Demonstrated experience with pricing, discounting, margin analysis, and profitability analytics at customer, product, and/or channel level
- Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous business questions and develop data‑driven recommendations
- Excellent executive‑level communication skills, including the ability to craft clear narratives, recommendations, and implications from analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing cross‑functional partners without direct authority
- Experience working with dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, or equivalent)
- High level of business acumen with a practical, outcomes‑oriented mindset.

This position provides enterprise data analysis, engineering, and business intelligence support to the Program Manager, Technical Managers, AOR Managers, and DHA stakeholders. The Business Data Analyst / Data Engineer supports program execution by developing and maintaining data pipelines, integrating multiple facilities and logistics data sources, and producing dashboards and analytical products that enable data-driven decision-making. This role analyzes and organizes enterprise data from systems such as DMLSS/LogiCole FM, FROID, RPSS, and BUILDER to support the FOB SOT reporting database environment and enterprise reporting requirements.
