Role Description We are looking for a Dental Cold Caller with experience in appointment setting and AR collections to support a busy dental practice. The main focus of this role is outbound cold calling to inactive patients and new leads to encourage and secure appointment bookings. This position also includes Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, collections, and insurance-related support. Candidates must have prior experience working in a dental practice and be comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.
