• Analyze business performance, operational workflows, and current product experience to identify opportunities for improvement across products and internal processes. • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, clear insights, and actionable recommendations. • Support product development by producing clear requirements documentation (e.g., business requirements documents, process flow diagrams, gap analyses, acceptance criteria) grounded in operational reality and user needs. • Use SQL for ad-hoc analysis to support product launches and answer recurring business questions, partnering with the Analytics team on deeper investigations. • Partner with the Analytics team to define success metrics and surface insights for product launches and operational initiatives. • Ensure data outputs are accurate, well-documented, and easy for stakeholders to understand and use in decision-making. • Partner with data, engineering, and analytics stakeholders to improve data quality, definitions, and accessibility. • Lead discovery efforts, including stakeholder interviews and current-state workflow mapping, to deeply understand operational workflows, pain points, and gaps where the product can better support the operations team and end users. • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear narratives that align teams around the “why” behind decisions. • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and operations partners to ensure insights and requirements are understood, prioritized, and implemented effectively. • Continuously surface business insights across the organization to inform strategy, prioritization, and execution. • Measure the impact of product, operational, and partnership initiatives and communicate results to stakeholders. • Identify and pilot opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve analytical workflows and team productivity. • Contribute to improving business analysis practices, tools, and standards within the Product team.

Job Purpose and Impact The Business Control Supervisor will be responsible to execute on our master data setup and maintenance. We seek a skilled analyst who will partner with all business functions and the corporate global information technology organization to lead and execute the business data requirements. This position is needed to ensure administration work of Fleet Operations department which part of plantation and the plants is running as business goals, ensure all Reporting and Administration matter are deployed and monitored on regular basis Key Accountabilities - Support data and process improvement efforts, including the identification, re-design, and implementation of opportunities identified utilizing data from audits and metrics. - Partner with functional leaders to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures. - Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. - Carry out task related to Fleet & RDPO including general services and reporting in fleet & RDPO. - Prepare Capex budget (base and non-base), Fleets & RDPO Annual Opex - Review and prepare COGS Justification every month for Fleet/RDPO Manager Analysis purposes. - Support Manager, field assistant (Field operations) , Fleet & RDPO Department to ensure good work and administration. - Prepare audit supporting data {RSPO/ISCC/Halal, etc.) and carry out other tasks related to this position. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Minimum 3 years related experience in Administration, Finance, Fleet Management and RDPO. - Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience leading, organizing, and presenting within groups - Work experience across multiple lines of business and/or within the information technology function - Ability to communicate to all level of stakeholders. - Strong analytic, strategic, and influencing skills - Two years in a relevant business experience

• Facilitate discovery conversations with business users, document owners, project stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand content sources, asset and operational documentation needs, metadata expectations, and migration-readiness requirements. • Build trust through clear communication, practical questioning, and disciplined follow-through on agreed actions. • Assess documents and metadata from shared drives, document management systems, tag registries, and related source repositories against defined requirements. • Define, document, and validate mapping rules, normalization logic, controlled vocabularies, category structures, templates, and enrichment requirements that support migration into the target repository. • Work with business SMEs, document control representatives, project managers, and technical teams to align engineering metadata, project references, asset structures, equipment records, tag references, and content classifications with AIM/EIM solution design. • Reconcile conflicting inputs and keep migration decisions traceable, actionable, and understood across the delivery team. • Support data and content quality by identifying completeness gaps, metadata inconsistencies, duplicate or obsolete records, and cleanup priorities that could affect migration outcomes. • Produce reports, statistics, issue summaries, and recommendations that describe the current state of documentation and support decisions on remediation, validation, and acceptance. • Support test migration planning, validation activities, user acceptance signoff, and knowledge transfer by documenting requirements, decisions, cleanup rules, and migration outcomes. • Provide concise progress, risk, and next-step updates while ensuring work remains aligned with the approved statement of work, delivery scope, and change control process. • Applies structured analysis to complex content, metadata, and documentation environments, separating source quality issues from mapping, classification, and migration-readiness requirements. • Uses strong spreadsheet, reporting, and data manipulation skills to assess extracted data, identify patterns, validate completeness, and communicate findings clearly. • Translates business needs into clear requirements, mapping logic, cleanup rules, validation criteria, and migration-support artifacts that delivery teams can execute against. • Facilitates working sessions with business users and SMEs in a way that draws out requirements, resolves ambiguity, and maintains alignment between client expectations and delivery scope. • Communicates clearly in written updates, reports, issue summaries, and stakeholder discussions, particularly when explaining data quality findings, risks, and recommended next steps. • Maintains analytical discipline, attention to detail, and version control when handling high-volume content, metadata, spreadsheets, and repository extracts.
