Qualifications - Hands-on experience administering electrical engineering design tools within Owner/Operator and/or EPC environments. - Demonstrated exposure to electrical engineering data, drawings, reports, and deliverables across project and operations lifecycles. - Experience supporting engineering standards, work processes, and data governance practices. - Background working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and performing data validation or integrity checks. - Experience developing user documentation, procedures, and training materials. - Exposure to system integrations, data migration, or multi-tool engineering environments. - Industry experience in Energy, Chemicals, Mining, or related asset-intensive sectors. Requirements - Must be a Canadian or U.S. citizen and resident. Candidates with citizenships from other countries must be listed in Appendix A to Part 810, Title 10 Generally Authorized Destinations to be eligible. - Must pass a 5-panel drug and alcohol test and a NATO security/background check. - Willing to complete an SPEL skills assessment following a successful interview. - Have strong and recent (last 3 years) proficiency in SPEL Administration. Role Description The Business Analyst – Content Migration supports Asset Information Management (AIM) and Enterprise Information Management (EIM) delivery engagements by assessing source content, validating metadata quality, and helping prepare asset, engineering, and operational documentation for migration into target repositories. This role translates business, document, and data requirements into practical migration inputs so that content is organized, complete, searchable, and ready for client use. This role can work from home within Canada or the USA only. Qualifications - 5+ years of relevant experience in oil and gas or another process industry environment; owner/operator exposure is preferred. - 3+ years of experience in a business analyst, content migration, document control, records management, operational documentation, or asset information role. - Experience working with document management, enterprise content management, or collaboration repositories such as OpenText Content Server, Livelink, SharePoint, or comparable systems. - Experience evaluating asset, engineering, project, or operations documentation against defined requirements, standards, metadata models, taxonomies, templates, or controlled vocabularies. - Exposure to data/content assessment, metadata enrichment, cleanup coordination, test migration support, validation, or user acceptance activities. - Working knowledge of document control processes, content lifecycle practices, and information quality expectations in project or operational environments is an asset. - Post-secondary education in business, information management, IT, engineering technology, records/document control, or a related field is an asset; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. - Must be a Canadian citizen, have Permanent Resident status or an open work permit.
