Job Purpose and Impact The Business Control Supervisor will be responsible to execute on our master data setup and maintenance. We seek a skilled analyst who will partner with all business functions and the corporate global information technology organization to lead and execute the business data requirements. This position is needed to ensure administration work of Fleet Operations department which part of plantation and the plants is running as business goals, ensure all Reporting and Administration matter are deployed and monitored on regular basis Key Accountabilities - Support data and process improvement efforts, including the identification, re-design, and implementation of opportunities identified utilizing data from audits and metrics. - Partner with functional leaders to ensure compliance with data processes and procedures. - Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. - Carry out task related to Fleet & RDPO including general services and reporting in fleet & RDPO. - Prepare Capex budget (base and non-base), Fleets & RDPO Annual Opex - Review and prepare COGS Justification every month for Fleet/RDPO Manager Analysis purposes. - Support Manager, field assistant (Field operations) , Fleet & RDPO Department to ensure good work and administration. - Prepare audit supporting data {RSPO/ISCC/Halal, etc.) and carry out other tasks related to this position. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Minimum 3 years related experience in Administration, Finance, Fleet Management and RDPO. - Other minimum qualifications may apply Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience leading, organizing, and presenting within groups - Work experience across multiple lines of business and/or within the information technology function - Ability to communicate to all level of stakeholders. - Strong analytic, strategic, and influencing skills - Two years in a relevant business experience
