Director of Strategic Partnerships

• Support diversification of revenue streams and expansion into new market channels. • Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships with certification bodies, industry associations, enterprises, and adjacent organizations to create scalable training and certification pathways. • Own strategic partner relationships end-to-end, including commercial terms, agreement structure, delivery expectations, and performance outcomes. • Ensure partnership opportunities are converted into a qualified pipeline and effectively progressed in collaboration with Sales and Account Services. • Translate partner and market needs into structured, commercially viable programs and revenue opportunities. • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Operations to ensure offerings and programs align with partner needs and can be delivered efficiently and consistently. • Establish governance, systems, and reporting frameworks to support partnership performance, accountability, and scalability. • Provide leadership and direction to internal market-facing functions (Sales, Account Services, Marketing, Community) and collaborate with other functions to ensure clarity of priorities, effective handoffs, and coordinated execution. • Collaborate with ASQ’s marketing and Commercial team to ensure a successful and effective Shared Services relationship. • Contribute at the senior leadership level to strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational alignment.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience building relationships that translate into structured programs with revenue-driven objectives
- Must be able to comply with attendance and timeliness policies.
