• Run Create and Capture as one integrated motion: one demand plan, one budget allocation, one scoreboard. You're accountable for the whole thing, not just your half. • Lead three direct reports as a player-coach: DGM Create, DGM Capture, and the Performance Marketing Specialist. Roll up your sleeves alongside them — you don't get to delegate everything. • Own the trial-conversion email program directly: the full journey from sign-up to first paid invoice, in close partnership with both DGMs, PMM, and Marketing Ops. • Partner with the Director, Growth Marketing, on strategy: demand planning, budget allocation, motion design, and experiments that move the pipeline. You build the plan together; you own the execution. • Co-plan the distribution motion with the Sr. Manager, Brand & Content: they create the work; you make sure it actually reaches the right audience and converts. • Partner with the Sr. Search & Discovery Specialist on the search strategy that cuts across both motions - branded, competitor, and high-intent. • Be the source of truth on demand performance for the Director and the executive team, and the operator who makes the budget allocation calls when something has to move.
• Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting North American mid-market companies • Set up, scale, and optimize our cold email infrastructure, LinkedIn sequencing, and data enrichment tools. • Collaborate with our technical delivery teams and PMs to transform our massive success stories into high-end technical case studies, white papers, and narrative-driven pitches. • Guide our internal technical digital marketer to optimize highly tailored, high-intent vertical landing pages (e.g., /fintech, /healthcare, /saas) that convert cold executive traffic into diagnostic discovery calls. • Take absolute accountability for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Pipeline Velocity, and Total Closed-Won Pipeline Value.
Creative Strategist - Ecommerce Performance Marketing
4am Media4AM Media owns and operates 3 DTC brands across health, cleaning, and pets. Last year we spent over $40M across paid media scaling our own products. We're not an agency. We're operators — supply chain, creative, custom funnels, media buying, analytics, and customer service all happen under one roof.
Role Description We're hiring a Direct Response Creative Strategist to be the connective tissue across all 3 brands, the person who takes a product, an angle, or a competitor teardown and turns it into the offer, funnel, landing page, and ad creative brief that the rest of the company executes against. You're the one generating new hypotheses and new ideas pulling from research, customer language, competitor work, and your own pattern recognition. The 4 ways this role drives growth: - New angles: You generate the angle, write the landing page, and brief the ad creative to match. - New funnels: You mock up the funnel, write the copy, hand it to dev to build, and write the creative brief that feeds it. - New product launches: You build the offer, the funnel(s), the LP(s), and the ad creative brief for product launches. - Competitor teardowns: You translate competitor insights into testable copy and creative briefs. Qualifications - 5+ years writing direct response copy for DTC ecommerce. - Proven creative against meaningful paid media spend. - Strong fluency in Meta Ads Manager and performance metrics. - Demonstrated research process across various platforms. - Working understanding of consumer psychology. - Hands-on prototyping ability. - Active use of AI in your creative workflow. - Hyper-organized with multiple concurrent projects. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive remote operator. Requirements - Direct response copywriting expertise. - Research and customer intelligence skills. - Mockups and prototypes creation. - Creative brief ownership. - Performance accountability. - AI as a force multiplier. - Partnership with media buyers. Benefits - Direct reporting to the CEO. - Hands-on across the entire funnel. - Real growth path into senior creative leadership. - Remote work with proactive communication.
