Demand Generation Manager

• Own the pre-market motion end-to-end, building the audience and intent that becomes pipeline through Capture downstream. • Make the handoff of the in-market signal to Capture real and repeatable, not just a line on a slide. • Co-plan and run the distribution motion for Brand and Content's thought leadership, podcasts, and narrative work, driving audience growth and demand. • Build and own partnerships, associations, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and agency community programs that compound trust over time. • Run the rest of the toolkit, including organic social, content amplification, awareness paid (with the Performance Marketing Specialist), and pre-in-market nurture. • Partner with the Sr. Search and Discovery Specialist on organic and AI discoverability and with PMM on positioning. • Run a continuous experimentation cadence and act as the source of truth on the motion, defending allocation with hypotheses and learnings shipped.

Senior Manager, Demand Generation

• Run Create and Capture as one integrated motion: one demand plan, one budget allocation, one scoreboard. You're accountable for the whole thing, not just your half. • Lead three direct reports as a player-coach: DGM Create, DGM Capture, and the Performance Marketing Specialist. Roll up your sleeves alongside them — you don't get to delegate everything. • Own the trial-conversion email program directly: the full journey from sign-up to first paid invoice, in close partnership with both DGMs, PMM, and Marketing Ops. • Partner with the Director, Growth Marketing, on strategy: demand planning, budget allocation, motion design, and experiments that move the pipeline. You build the plan together; you own the execution. • Co-plan the distribution motion with the Sr. Manager, Brand & Content: they create the work; you make sure it actually reaches the right audience and converts. • Partner with the Sr. Search & Discovery Specialist on the search strategy that cuts across both motions - branded, competitor, and high-intent. • Be the source of truth on demand performance for the Director and the executive team, and the operator who makes the budget allocation calls when something has to move.
Senior Manager, Brand & Content

• Own brand strategy and brand development: voice, narrative, visual identity, brand standards. Make the throughline real across every surface a customer touches. • Lead a small, sharp team: two direct reports (Content Strategist and Creative Lead) and a freelance Video Production partner. Set the editorial and creative bar that everything else operates against. • Run the editorial and content calendar that connects thought leadership, demand programs, launches, and lifecycle. Make sure what gets made gets used. • Own PR and executive thought leadership hands-on: ghostwritten content, media relationships, and our presence in the agency community. You're not delegating this. • Co-plan the distribution motion with the Sr. Manager, Demand Generation and the DGM Create. Content that doesn't get distributed doesn't count. • Hold the creative bar across ads, web, launches, and customer-facing assets: your team's standard travels even when other teams are doing the briefing. • Be the brand voice in the room when narrative and creative decisions get made, across PMM, Web, Demand Gen, and the executive team.
