• Own the daily helpdesk ticket queue, triaging and resolving issues across hardware, software, and access requests within established SLAs • Troubleshoot endpoint issues on macOS and Windows devices for fully remote employees, escalating complex problems to senior IT staff when appropriate • Administer core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar tools), including user provisioning, license management, and group permissions • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including hardware shipping, account creation, access provisioning, and timely deprovisioning • Configure and maintain endpoints through MDM platforms (Intune, or equivalent), ensuring devices remain compliant with security policies • Support identity and access management workflows in Okta (or equivalent SSO/IdP), including SSO integrations, MFA enforcement, and group-based access • Maintain an accurate hardware and software asset inventory, tracking devices throughout their lifecycle from procurement to retirement • Develop clear documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources that empower employees and reduce repeat tickets • Engage with employees through chat, video, and ticketing channels to deliver a responsive, white-glove support experience across multiple time zones • Partner with Security, People Operations, and senior IT teammates on larger initiatives, audits, and tooling rollouts

• Assess business needs for migrating and reengineering existing SharePoint solutions and applications into designated environments. • Provide enterprise/system architecture guidance on IT solutions, data management, business alignment, and strategy. • Integrate shared microservices as part of modernization initiatives. • Create prototypes or samples for user review as part of modernization planning. • Develop and enhance data architecture strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps aligned with federal policies. • Provide guidelines for architecture and cloud usage and implement architecture governance. • Include long-term architecture and cloud solutions when meeting business needs. • Advance new ideas and evaluate object/data models to improve data access and management. • Evaluate computing environments related to data architecture and cloud solutions and produce technical reports. • Provide SharePoint solutions to meet program requirements. • Submit bi-weekly performance reports detailing tasks, issues, solutions, and dates. • Provide architecture design, configuration, administration, and functional support to enhance Microsoft 365 capabilities. • Identify opportunities to leverage the Microsoft Power Platform for business process improvement.

• Create and maintain project roadmaps for new services and architecture improvements. • Provide thought leadership for the program, including overall vision, roadmap, execution plan, stakeholder engagement, engineering, and DevSecOps support for the program and scrum teams. • Serve as subject matter expert for Oracle EBS and extending it with custom development. • Direct the solutioning and integration of new services into a multitenant enclave. • Support the onboarding of new customer programs and ensure seamless integration. • Collaborate with multiple customers to deliver common services usable by all. • Design and implement multitenant solutions to maximize efficiency and scalability. • Coordinate across multiple scrum teams and technical skill sets to develop holistic, robust, secure, and scalable solutions. • Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, including enterprise, operations, development, interface, and security architectures. • Oversee data migration activities and ensure secure, compliant transitions. • Champion DevSecOps best practices across all architecture and engineering efforts.

Role Description The IT Internship program is focused on providing interns exposure to GuideWell Source's business processes and the IT systems that support it. Interns will have the opportunity to learn about the Company's IT Command Center, "World Class" Data Center, Information Security and Privacy, Data Analytics, Software Development teams, and their practices, and the Innovation Departments. During the program, they will get exposure to Senior IT Leadership and will have the opportunity to present their internship project outcomes at the end of the program. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Candidates have the opportunity to choose from one of the 3 internship tracks: - Information Security and Privacy: Interns will work with the cybersecurity team on real-world issues and projects, gaining exposure to government security and privacy compliance frameworks and an integrated risk management program. - Application Development: Interns will participate in planning and development activities for web-related projects, helping the Company deliver new capabilities and experiences to customers within the CRM and customer self-service platforms. - Infrastructure: Interns will focus on monitoring, installation, configuration, debugging, administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technology solutions. - Performs other duties as the supervisor may deem necessary. Qualifications - Currently enrolled in computer science, information technology, mathematics, cybersecurity or related degree program as a Junior or Senior student at an accredited college/university. - Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better. - Must be able to commit to working at least 30 hours a week. - Basic PC skills required including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Basic programming knowledge, Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or other Object-Oriented programming experience. - Exposure to UI/UX frameworks and design principles. - Exposure to or familiarity with concepts and technologies such as network and/or application firewalls, IP addresses, data encryption, Windows/Linux platforms, Active Directory, and event monitoring. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; team and collaboration-oriented. - Work under minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic, changing environment. - Must be a creative and innovative thinker.
