Role Description We are seeking a Workday Program Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our Workday platform across HR, Payroll, and Finance. This is a high-impact leadership role partnering with executive teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and system excellence across the organization. You will lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of Workday implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects across the organization. The role will involve coordinating with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and teams to ensure that the system meets organizational goals for human resources, payroll, and finance functions. You will ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with business requirements. Salary: $135,000 - $155,000 / annually DOE Southern Oregon-based candidates are strongly preferred to support close collaboration with internal teams; however remote candidates from (WA, CA, AZ, CO) may be considered for the right fit.
