Dedicated Account Manager
Medline Industries, LP
Role Description Serve as the dedicated interface and manage the relationship for assigned National and Regional accounts. In collaboration with Corporate Account Team, responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and generating revenue within assigned accounts. - Maintain existing business and drive Medline and customers mutual strategic priorities as identified by the Corporate Accounts Team. - Review assigned accounts, sell new business to existing accounts, and convert accounts to a higher level. - Create demand for the organization's products and services by working with National & Regional accounts. - Partner directly with Corporate Account team to help promote sales goals and initiatives within assigned accounts. - Conduct regular business review, status and strategy meetings with the customers to understand their needs and link them to the organization's product/service strategies. - Monitor and distribute monthly reports and specialized reports on contracts, programs, and focus areas. - Increase the revenue spend per account. Qualifications - Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. - At least 2 years of sales experience. - Experience identifying issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. - Ability to work with minimal supervision in a detail focused, results oriented environment. - Strong project management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Must be people-oriented with strong inter-personal skills. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power Point and Word). - Ability to drive a car and interact with healthcare providers on site is required. Requirements - The anticipated salary range for this position: $67,000.00 - $101,000.00 Annual. - The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. - This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. - Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. • Manage and support existing dealer relationships throughout the territory while identifying opportunities for continued growth and strategic dealer development • Coordinate with internal technical, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve dealer concerns efficiently • Assist with warranty claims, RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes, and product issue resolution • Ensure warranty and return requests are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner • Assist in communicating product updates, installation best practices, and technical resources to dealer partners
