Role Description Ako poznaješ principe i standarde procjene i upravljanja ICT i sigurnosnim rizicima možda si baš ti prava osoba za nas 😊. Na ovoj poziciji ćeš imati ulogu internog konzultanta za pitanja upravljanja IT rizicima te ćeš biti odgovoran za uspostavu i razvoj procesa upravljanja IT rizicima, nadzor provođenja mjera za umanjenje identificiranih rizika i upravljanje procesom procjene IT rizika. Radit ćeš u modernom timu u kojem je tvoja uloga iznimno bitna te utječe na sigurnost cjelokupnog poslovanja Banke. Što ćeš raditi? - organizacija redovnih procjena IT rizika, pružanje podrške pri definiranju mjera za obradu rizika te periodičko praćenje provođenja mjera - provođenje edukacija vezanih uz procjenu i upravljanje IT rizicima - izrada izvješća iz domene rada - sudjelovanje u procesu implementacije i nadzora provođenja IT kontrola - sudjelovanje u poslovnim i IT projektima Banke te sudjelovanje i vođenje sigurnosnih projekata - sudjelovanje u procesu procjene rizika eksternalizacije - sudjelovanje u procesu sigurnosnih procjena dobavljača - praćenje zakonske regulative te vodećih praksi iz područja informacijske sigurnosti te upravljanja IT rizicima - izrada, redovito ažuriranje i unapređivanje svih dokumenata (pravilnici, procedure, odluke…) iz područja informacijske i Cyber sigurnosti, a u skladu sa zahtjevima grupnih direktiva, zakonskih propisa i ostalih normi te dobrih praksi i preporuka Qualifications - VSS, diplomirani inženjer elektrotehnike / računarstva / informatike / matematike ili magistar struke (300 ECTS bodova) elektrotehničkog, informatičkog, matematičkog ili ekonomskog usmjerenja. Iznimno VŠS uz 7 godina relevantnog radnog iskustva - 5 godina radnog iskustva na poslovima upravljanja IT rizicima ili srodnim poslovima - poželjni certifikati iz područja informacijske sigurnosti (CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, ISO27001, ISO27005, CBCI) - poznavanje principa procjene i upravljanja IT rizicima - poznavanje principa upravljanja IT procesima i informacijskom sigurnošću - prednost će imati kandidati s poznavanjem bankarskih procesa - poznavanje procesa upravljanja promjenama - proaktivnost, organizacijske vještine i temeljitost u pristupu - izrazita orijentacija na rezultate i sklonost timskom radu - aktivno poznavanje engleskog jezika u govoru i pismu Benefits - kontinuirani razvoj kroz rad s najnovijim tehnologijama, metodologijama i iskusnim stručnjacima - rad u međunarodnom okruženju s razvijenim principima razmjene znanja i velikim naglaskom na razvoj pojedinaca, ali i cijelog tima - mogućnost remote načina rada (službeni laptop i mobitel) - stručne edukacije vezane uz područje rada - samostalnost i kreativnost u radu - dodatne financijske benefite (božićnica, uskrsnica, regres, dar za djecu, referral bonus, naknada za prehranu, uplata u mirovinski fond…) - plaćeni sistematski pregled, dodatno zdravstveno osiguranje, subvenciju za Multisport, minimum od 26 dana godišnjeg odmora - i što je najvažnije, odličan tim i radnu atmosferu 😊
