Role Description We are seeking an Immigration Attorney to join our team. This role involves handling a variety of immigration matters, including: - Client consultations - Case preparation - Legal research - Drafting filings - Representation before immigration agencies and courts as needed The position offers exposure to a broad range of immigration cases within a collaborative and client-focused environment. As part of our continued growth, we are also expanding our federal litigation practice. Attorneys with experience or interest in mandamus, habeas, or APA litigation will have the opportunity to gain exposure to and contribute to this area of the firm’s work with guidance and support from the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to further develop their immigration law experience, take increasing ownership of their cases, and grow within a supportive and structured environment.
