Legal & Case Management Assistant
Job Duck
• Ensure timely follow-up on case-related tasks. • Coordinate communication between clients and legal team. • Contact clients to gather information and provide updates. • Support overall case workflow and administrative functions. • Request, track, and organize medical records. • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with inquiries. • Maintain accurate and organized documentation for each case. • Manage and update case information within the case management system.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in legal support or case management.
- Familiarity with handling medical records and client communications.
- Strong English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information.
