Contractor – Performance Graphic Designer

BiOptimizers

• Design high-converting static and motion ad creatives for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. • Create multiple ad variations optimized for performance testing (hooks, formats, messaging, layouts). • Translate product messaging, scientific insights, and campaign briefs into clear, compelling consumer-facing visuals. • Produce light motion assets and simple animated video ads using Premiere Pro (or equivalent). • Adapt creative assets across multiple aspect ratios and platform requirements (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, etc.). • Maintain strict brand consistency across all deliverables. • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Copy, and Brand teams to iterate based on data and feedback. • Organize files and maintain clean design systems for efficient versioning and handoff.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in AI tools for prompt engineering
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (daily use)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (basic motion editing and simple animation)
  • Experience designing performance-focused paid social ads
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads creative best practices
  • Ability to work quickly and produce multiple variations under tight timelines
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (e.g., Gemini or similar) for ideation and asset generation
