Senior Graphic Designer
Hey Jane
• Bring our brand refresh to life: You’ll be central in taking our newly defined brand identity and owning the execution across Hey Jane’s entire ecosystem—ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive and consistent, while also helping to build a brand that is approachable, accessible, and trusted. • Design for high-impact channels: You’ll create clear, compelling, high-converting assets for key digital touchpoints (including site landing pages, paid/organic social media, and email marketing) as well as physical materials (including promotional flyers, posters, guides, merch, and more). • Own the design lifecycle: Manage your design process from initial concept and wireframe to final handoff and asset organization. • Collaborate for growth: Partner closely with the Marketing team to create and test assets that drive patient acquisition and community retention, while also supporting cross-functional needs from our Business, Product, and People Ops teams. • Be the brand visual guardian: Ensure high-quality design standards are met across the company, acting as the primary point of contact for digital and print creative execution.
Job Requirements
- A digital native with mobile-first design sensibilities: You have 5+ years of experience with a heavy focus on digital marketing, particularly site and social media. You understand the technical nuances of web and mobile design, have experience with motion design, and have "mobile-first" as your default setting.
- A brand design visionary: You don’t just understand how to strategically translate a brand identity into a visual identity, but you also have a track record of owning that expression—from efforts as small as a patient treatment guide to as large as a multi-state billboard campaign.
- A rapid generator: You thrive on iteration. You can quickly produce multiple creative directions for A/B testing and pivot your designs based on performance data and feedback.
- A master multitasker: You act as your own project manager. You are a highly organized, reliable self-starter, and capable of juggling multiple high-priority workstreams while hitting every deadline (and aren’t rattled by shifting priorities).
- Technically (and accessibility) fluent: You are a master of Figma and Adobe Creative Suites, but can also translate your designs into Canva and Google Slide templates for cross-functional teams to use. You know how to optimize assets for web speed, user accessibility, and social engagement.
- Mission driven: You have a genuine passion for Hey Jane’s work and want to use your creative talents to improve access to reproductive health care and make a tangible impact on people's lives.
