Sales Executive

• Identify and research potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social networks to build a high-quality pipeline. • Organize and conduct effective, in-depth discovery meetings to identify and quantify opportunities, as well as key stakeholders within prospective or existing customer organizations. • Confidently present and demonstrate our solution, focusing on benefits, added value, and customization. Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting through to closing, including final negotiations. • Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure targets are achieved. Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system and provide updates during regular sales meetings. • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Share field insights to support product improvements and marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in selling solutions and services to the transport logistics industry.
  • Background in the vehicle telematics and/or general TSP beneficial
  • Enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills and a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, open-minded, and able to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Willing to work remotely and travel across the territory
