• Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce CPQ environment. • Design and implement customized sales solutions. • Streamline quoting processes and improve sales efficiency. • Partner closely with RevOps leadership, Product Marketing and Finance to align pricing structures.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Salesforce CPQ.
- 5+ years of overall experience on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Proven experience leveraging and implementing Quote Calculator Plugins (QCP).
- Demonstrated experience handling complex pricing models, multi-year deals, contract structuring, amendments, renewals, and product swaps.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, automation capabilities, and governor limits.
- Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer I.
- Experience working with integrations tied to CPQ, such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct (highly preferred).

Role Description 1800 ICB is growing quickly and looking for a Sales Manager (Player-Coach) to help scale our acquisitions team. We buy single-family homes across multiple states, and the foundation is already built — marketing is generating leads, systems are in place, and deals are closing consistently. We’re looking for someone who can step into the machine, drive personal production, and build a high-performing acquisitions team on top of it. This is not a “sit on the sidelines and manage” role.
