Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, Communications, Media – or something that makes sense for the role)
- Curious, hands-on, and comfortable with not having a fixed playbook every day
- Analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented work approach who can manage multiple small tasks without losing the thread
- Interest in digital marketing, but also in the tangible side – events, products, people
- Strong German and English skills (we work in both daily)
- An eye for detail and quality – you notice when something looks off or reads wrong
- Bonus: experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or Canva. But willingness to learn matters more than a tool checklist.

- A dynamic and growing company where you can implement your own ideas and projects
- Regular feedback and mentoring from the founders and the marketing team
- Exciting challenges and the opportunity to gain valuable practical experience in eCommerce and email marketing
