• At In Tandem, our tech solutions—which include OurFamilyWizard, Cozi, FamilyWall, and Custody Navigator—work in tandem with families to simplify daily life, fostering connection, organization, and peace of mind throughout key stages and milestones of family life. • OurFamilyWizard is a trusted co-parenting platform used by courts and family law professionals worldwide to support better communication, reduce conflict, and improve outcomes for children and families. • As we expand our presence in Spain, we are seeking a part-time, contract Account Executive – Family Law based in Barcelona or Madrid to support our growth within the Spanish family law sector. • This role combines business development with professional relationship management. You will introduce OurFamilyWizard to abogados de familia, mediadores familiares, juzgados, and related institutions, building trusted partnerships and supporting adoption across your territory. • You will develop and manage relationships from initial outreach through long-term engagement, helping legal professionals understand how our platform supports families navigating separation and custody matters. • As this is a launch-adjacent role, you will also contribute to shaping our approach in Spain. You will gather market feedback from legal professionals and share insights across teams at OurFamilyWizard to support localization of messaging, outreach materials, and educational content. • The ideal candidate is comfortable engaging with legal professionals, understands the Spanish family justice landscape, and represents the company with professionalism and credibility. • Please note: this is a part-time, contract position paid on an hourly basis.
• Getting to know teammates, technology, and tactics.*** In your first month, you'll set up your local environment, ship your first small contribution, and learn the rhythms of our pod. You'll study the Cozi and FamilyWall Android codebases, understand how they differ architecturally, and identify the experimentation surface area. You'll build connections with product, design, QA, and backend teammates.**** • Design and run experiments.*** By day 60, you'll be comfortable operating within our development lifecycle from planning through production releases. You'll be designing and instrumenting your first A/B experiments in the Android app — defining hypotheses, configuring feature flags, and ensuring clean data collection. You'll work across subscription, onboarding, and activation flows for Cozi and FamilyWall, and begin forming opinions on where the experimentation framework can improve. • Own the experiment loop end-to-end.*** By 90 days, you'll be autonomously scoping, building, and analyzing Growth experiments. You'll proactively propose experiment ideas based on data and user behavior — not just executing what's handed to you. You'll participate in technical planning, anticipate edge cases, and balance iteration speed with app quality. You'll partner with product, design, and data to refine the hypothesis-test-learn cycle. • Scale experimentation and influence strategy.*** Beyond your first few months, you'll shape the experimentation roadmap for Family Org Android alongside product and engineering leadership. You'll mentor teammates on experiment design, instrumentation best practices, and data hygiene. You'll drive improvements to conversion, activation, and retention across both Cozi and FamilyWall, and contribute to cross-platform alignment (Android, iOS, Web) for consistent Growth experiments.
• Proactively engage with and educate the family law ecosystem through hosted workshops, webinars, curated conversations, industry conferences, and trainings, building greater visibility of the OFW brand within the community • Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns • Conduct web-based and in-person product demonstrations • Close new referrers by getting them to refer OurFamilyWizard to relevant cases • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics and quotas • Manage prospect status and data in HubSpot to ensure that each touch point and communication is logged, recorded, and updated • Maintain and nurture new referrers to turn them into advocates and repeat referrers of OurFamilyWizard • Record and translate learnings and feedback you receive into actionable recommendations for our customer experience, IT, and product teams • Account management is a critical part of the role, ensuring ongoing referrals including account growth, regular check-ins and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Mature and strengthen visual systems that can scale to a variety of channel executions • Collaborate in strategic brand strategy conversations to future-proof positions of our brands • Own website and landing page design strategy and execution • Develop high-performing page media creative (Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms) in both still and static formats • Partner with Growth Marketing to iterate and optimize creative based on performance data and audience insights. • Lead creative for app store listings, visual positioning, and conversion optimization • Design for email and lifecycle marketing campaigns • Provide creative direction and oversight for video production (CTV ads, short-form video, podcast reads, motion graphics) • Increase brand affinity and trust through thoughtful, high-quality design • Raise the standard of creative excellence across the organization

• Generate new sales leads through high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach), as well as following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries • Maintain a consistent cadence of daily outreach activity to build and manage a healthy pipeline of family law professionals • Create a strong first impression with prospects by clearly articulating how OurFamilyWizard can benefit their practice and their clients • Develop a deep understanding of OurFamilyWizard’s offerings and tailor messaging to the unique needs of each prospect • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for Account Executives • Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in the CRM, ensuring data is complete and up to date • Achieve and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and meeting-setting goals • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize outreach strategies and drive overall growth
• Lead paid media strategy and execution – owning paid channels, campaign builds, buying/bidding, optimization, and pacing • Partner closely with Data, Finance, and Product teams to design, validate, and evolve measurement frameworks so that they make the most sense for our brands and the journeys our customers take to subscription. • Define and drive key growth marketing objectives, including new subscriber acquisition, CAC, and LTV:CAC ratios • Build infrastructure to enable defensible attribution, forecasting, and experimentation across channels to unlock new pockets of growth. • Take a proactive approach to growth by translating performance insights into future strategies that drive incrementality • Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and creative to our distinct brand promises, becoming part of a feedback loop to iterate on our brands
