• Own the architecture, operations, and health of our TikTok Shop presence • Set up and maintain TikTok Shop seller accounts • Product catalog management: listings, variants, pricing, inventory sync • Integrate TikTok Shop with our Shopify backend, 3PL, and inventory systems • Manage order flow from TikTok Shop → 3PL → customer • Monitor inventory levels and forecast restocks against creator/live campaign spikes • Coordinate with logistics partners on fulfillment, returns, and customs • Keep shop health scores in the green: violation monitoring, appeals, policy compliance • Manage product approvals, category certifications, and documentation for TikTok • Own TikTok Shop's in-app customer service • Build SOPs and handle refunds, returns, and escalations

Role Description PrizePicks is looking for a detail oriented, statistically-minded individual who excels in a fast-paced environment to monitor and trade precise sports projections on a day-to-day basis. - Maintain accurate pre-game and in-game player projections for all markets, including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, CBB, and CFB. - Monitor player projections throughout the day and track any key information needed for projections. - Manage risk and monitor projections accordingly utilizing modeling and quantitative analysis. - Understand PrizePicks members' play patterns and adjust internal processes accordingly. - Work with sport owners to implement strategies, best practices, and processes around key markets. - Help set up standard operating procedures around PrizePicks game operations tasks. Qualifications - Ability to analyze several streams of information concurrently and make thoughtful decisions in a highly time-sensitive environment. - Strong attention to detail, verbal, and written communication skills. - Excellent time management, reliability, and ability to meet highly important deadlines. - Ability to apply strong understanding of DFS and sports gaming industries. - Thorough understanding of college/major sports league players, teams, players, matchups and understanding of how said information impacts projections. - Comfort applying Standard Operating Procedures to all sports, regardless of specialized knowledge or experience. - Openness to different trading philosophies and willingness to adapt to what best achieves company objectives. - Availability to work on nights & weekends (coinciding with sports schedule). - Strong Mathematical and Analytical skills. Requirements - A bachelor's degree in a related field (statistics, computer science, engineering, analytics, finance, accounting) preferred but not required. - One to three years of experience working in or playing Daily Fantasy Sports or Sports Gaming preferred but not required. • Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the Practice’s operations. • Manage a team of Practice Directors and work closely with counterparts to ensure operational consistency across the Practice. • Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions for consideration. • Build strategic relationships with clients and forge new business. • Represent the management team at quarterly board meetings for a multi-center joint venture.

• Partner with Account Executives to deliver engaging product demos that showcase our technical edge and help close deals with confidence • Analyze cloud cost optimization opportunities and clearly communicate insights, whether through compelling write-ups or impactful conversations • Be the go-to expert on Reservations, Azure Spot VMs, and Compute Savings Plans, turning complex concepts into actionable guidance • Craft and deliver dynamic demos that make the ProsperOps value shine during sales engagements • Collaborate with our Sales and Customer Operations teams to answer platform questions and demystify cloud rate optimization strategies • Team up with our Product Team to brainstorm and build innovative optimization services that help customers save even more • Scope and configure Savings Analyses to tailor insights to each customer's unique cloud footprint • Contribute to feature development and automation efforts that enhance Savings Analysis reports and other key tools
