Role Description We are seeking organized and motivated individuals to join our team as a Travel Fulfillment Coordinator. In this remote role, you will support the travel planning process by assisting with reservations, itinerary coordination, booking management, and overall client support to help create a smooth travel experience from start to finish. As a Travel Fulfillment Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping clients navigate their travel plans while ensuring booking details remain accurate, organized, and up to date. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, administrative support, organization, and working in a flexible remote environment. - Coordinate and manage travel reservations including cruises, hotels, resorts, transportation, tours, and vacation packages - Assist with itinerary organization, booking confirmations, and travel documentation - Provide support to clients regarding travel updates, scheduling changes, and general booking questions - Maintain accurate records of client information, payments, and reservation details - Research travel options, promotions, and supplier offerings to best support client needs - Monitor travel timelines and ensure all booking components are completed properly - Deliver professional and timely communication throughout the planning process - Participate in training opportunities and team collaboration meetings Qualifications - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Comfortable working independently in a remote setting - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously - Basic computer and internet navigation skills - Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or travel is a plus but not required - Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude Benefits - Flexible remote schedule - Ongoing training and mentorship - Supportive and collaborative team environment - Opportunity to build experience within the travel industry - Access to travel-related resources and industry perks - Growth opportunities based on performance and development
