• Own growth end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, referral, reactivation. • Build the lifecycle program from scratch. • Run promo and bonus mechanics. • Design and run the referral program. • Own the growth dashboard end-to-end. • Run a high cadence of experiments. • Work directly with the founders on positioning and product surfaces.

Job Requirements

  • Direct iGaming, sportsbook, casino, or prediction-market experience on the operator side.
  • Proven track record designing and running referral programs in crypto, gambling, or both.
  • Strong lifecycle and CRM skills.
  • Comfort with raw event data.
  • Strong written voice in the right register.
  • High output, fast feedback loops.
  • Comfort working in a small, async-first, docs-heavy startup with very little hand-holding.

Job Summary/Basic Function: The Resource Management and Access Librarian supports course reserves and electronic resource management for the Teachers College community. This role collaborates with faculty and staff to ensure compliant, accessible access to materials and provides user support and training. Responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of electronic resources (acquisition, licensing, usage analysis, and fund tracking), resolving access issues, and coordinating subscriptions and shared resources with campus partners.
