Overview Solves complex invoicing issues, including investigating invoices that have been unpaid for longer than expected, communicates with vendors about the status of payment. Reviews and corrects invoicing issues in OnBase and Alma. Delete invoices created in error in both OnBase and Alma. Answers questions from staff about acquisitions processes and helps review standing order invoice processes. Coordinates with vendors, other units, and departments on invoice processing. Within six months, the team's escalation path of last resort runs through you, not the CFO. Personally accountable when true incidents occur, including out of hours • Help manage the liquidity component of the treasury within a defined risk mandate.
