Job Requirements
- 5+ años de experiencia como pre-sales, consultoría o soluciones, preferiblemente en el ámbito de fraude, financial crime o software.
- Experiencia deseable en empresas de software, tecnología financiera, prevención de fraude, AML, KYC, pagos, banca, fintech o financial crime.
- Grado universitario en Ingeniería (Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Industrial), Matemáticas, Estadística, Física o Administración y Dirección de Empresas.
- Valorables formaciones adicionales en fraude, prevención de lavado de dinero, analítica, ciencia de datos, ciberseguridad, pagos o regulación financiera.
- Deseable conocimiento sólido en sistemas de detección de fraude, AML y KYC, modelos analíticos / machine learning aplicados a fraude.

Role Description The Sales & Brokerage Operations Manager will own and drive conversion performance across the full sales funnel for the Orchard Max program — from lead intake through closed transaction. You will design and run structured experiments to improve funnel conversion rates, manage pipeline health, and partner with sales, brokerage, and marketing teams to implement solutions at scale. The ideal candidate has a track record of turning operational improvements into measurable revenue outcomes in a high-velocity sales environment. This is a full-time, remote role that will report into the Head of Operations. The pay range for this position in Denver, CO is $90-110/year. The actual base pay offered may vary within the range provided depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
