Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and fast-paced product or technology workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to build systems, workflows, and clear processes from scratch.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to hold team members accountable.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams is preferred.
  • Background in music tech, catalog management, rights management, or media SaaS is a plus.

You will drive the migration of legacy systems to a modern data analytics stack, while overseeing enterprise Power Platform deployment. This position will be located within the United States and will be a full remote position with up to 25% travel. As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will serve as the primary driver for planning and delivering mission-critical IT projects that enhance Coast Guard operations.
