• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, internal moves, compensation changes, probation workflows, and other employee lifecycle processes. • Maintain operational consistency and data accuracy across People systems and platforms. • Coordinate execution between PBPs, managers, Finance, Legal, and Service Desk. • Support operational ownership and administration of People-related tools together with Service Desk and other stakeholders. • Track operational deadlines, dependencies, and process gaps. • Improve SOPs, playbooks, templates, and operational documentation. • Support automation and operational standardisation initiatives. • Contribute to the development of an AI-supported internal People Knowledge System. • Help build scalable People Operations processes that can grow with the company.

Role Description The People Business Partnership function serves as a trusted advisor for consultants and management on people management issues and processes, aligning business objectives within designated business units. As a Lead HR Business Partner at SPD Technology, you will be a strategic partner to both Middle and Senior Management, anticipating business needs with a strong client relationship-oriented approach. You will focus on building deep, long-term stakeholder trust and take an active role in developing strategic leadership capabilities across our management tiers. You will own the development and execution of employee experience strategies, lead high-impact change programs, and use advanced predictive HR analytics across cross-functional departments. Acting as a guardian of psychological safety and global compliance, you will mitigate complex people-related risks while ensuring a smooth, highly collaborative, and transparent employee experience. As a qualified expert You will - Consult & Advise Middle & Senior Leadership: Act as a strategic partner to Middle and Senior Management, gaining trust by consistently addressing complex stakeholder concerns, aligning people strategies with long-term business objectives, and helping leaders across all levels connect business challenges with people solutions. - Lead Advanced HR Analytics & Forecasting: Drive HR analytics initiatives by leveraging workforce data to forecast trends and business risks.
