Channel Delivery Manager

Role Description The Channel Delivery Manager is a change agent and advocate for value added functions which involves technology solutions and business processes that will improve channel adoption, client experience and operational efficiencies, including development of opportunity assessments and ROI analysis. The role often takes the lead on technology initiatives by leading cross functional teams and serving as a liaison with key stakeholders. How You'll Spend Your Time - Manage the respective channel roadmap and partner with stakeholders to align resources to drive business value. - Communicate progress and changes regularly to leadership. - Lead discussions among stakeholders to prioritize business strategies and enhancements. - Lead large, diverse teams to complete projects. - Proactively remove roadblocks and make decisions to keep everything on budget and within scope. - Serve as the subject matter expert and key decision maker with limited oversight from leadership. - Communicate changes in prioritization to relevant stakeholders and ensure clarity of IT work is defined and logged. - Continuously learn and improve channel experience by studying the industry, competitors, and new technology. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a business or IT related field. - 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role; or 7+ years of equivalent work experience. - Direct experience in a user environment preferred. • Manage and support existing dealer relationships throughout the territory while identifying opportunities for continued growth and strategic dealer development • Coordinate with internal technical, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve dealer concerns efficiently • Assist with warranty claims, RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes, and product issue resolution • Ensure warranty and return requests are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner • Assist in communicating product updates, installation best practices, and technical resources to dealer partners
