The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of demonstrable experience in commercial management and sales, with a proven track record of selling IT services into the U.S. market. This role requires exceptional prospecting, business development, and closing skills, focusing on complex consultative sales cycles within the technology sector. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing profitable deals, and will be pivotal in achieving strategic sales objectives and brand positioning. Qualifications - Minimum of 10 years of demonstrable experience in commercial management and sales. - Current experience selling IT services into the U.S. market is essential. - Proficiency in preparing commercial proposals. - Fluent English (written and spoken). Requirements - Prospect and identify potential clients, generate new business opportunities, and drive loyalty and sales growth primarily within the U.S. market, with future expansion into Europe. - Implement the MSI sales process, generate recurring commercial opportunities, and conduct continuous searches for applied technology solutions. - Consistently reach and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets. - Engage in continuous communication with potential clients to identify opportunities and present compelling proposals. - Prepare viable commercial offers, negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize company benefit, and control profitability of assigned accounts. - Effectively close business opportunities, obtain formal customer commitment, and meticulously document all interactions, opportunities, and communications in Odoo CRM. - Support the preparation of proposals and presentations with the marketing department and assist Service Delivery on commercial aspects as needed. - Ensure billing by monitoring internal and external sales processes, prepare and review PLs, and conduct technical analysis of RFQs. Benefits - This role begins with a 3-month freelance period, compensated via a commission structure tied to sales performance. - Upon successful achievement of established targets during this period, the position will transition to a full-time role offering a base salary in addition to commissions.
