We do this by being deeply knowledgeable, fully capable, and always dependable, and our associates are the driving force behind this commitment. - Responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and service across rental operations. - Partners cross-functionally to implement scalable processes, leverage data-driven insights, and support a culture of operational excellence aligned with White Cap’s TRUSTED values. - Lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and service quality. - Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and standardize processes. - Implement and support Lean and operational excellence frameworks across rental operations. - Develop and track KPIs to measure performance and effectiveness of improvement initiatives. - Partner with field leadership and subject matter experts to drive adoption of new processes. - Provide training, documentation, and change management support for new initiatives. - Act as a change agent by promoting innovation and customer-focused solutions. - Support engagement, inclusion, and continuous improvement culture initiatives. Qualifications - Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. - Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. - May require certification. - Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines. Requirements - Experience in construction, distribution, or rental operations; demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives in a field-based environment. - Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certification (preferred). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with KPI development and performance metrics. - Change management and project management experience. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Ability to work effectively across field and corporate environments. Benefits - Pay Range: $107,100.00 - $170,500.00 Annual. - California law requires the posting of the salary range for advertised jobs. This range is determined based on market data and internal pay practices to establish a minimum and maximum value for a job. - Individual base pay is determined based on a variety of elements including experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors.
