Key Responsibilities - Architect end-to-end solutions integrating PLCs, SCADA, MES, ERP, WMS, and analytics platforms. - Design and standardize multi-site manufacturing system architectures. - Lead technical design for MES implementations including TrakSYS and AVEVA MES. - Integrate industrial automation platforms including Rockwell Automation (FactoryTalk suite) and other major OEM systems. - Design architecture involving SCADA platforms such as AVEVA System Platform and related HMI systems. - Develop integration strategies leveraging OPC UA, MQTT, REST APIs, and message brokers. - Define secure industrial network architectures aligned with the Purdue Model and ISA-95. - Lead data architecture design including historians (e.g., OSIsoft PI System) and enterprise data platforms. - Ensure alignment with OT cybersecurity standards including network segmentation, firewalls, remote access, and zero-trust principles. - Partner with Controls Engineering, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application teams to deliver cohesive solutions. - Provide technical governance and architectural oversight for plant-level initiatives. Qualifications - Bachelors Degree - 8-10 years experience in manufacturing IT/OT architecture or industrial automation. - Hands-on experience with PLC platforms (e.g., ControlLogix, CompactLogix, Siemens S7) - Strong knowledge of SCADA and HMI systems. - Experience implementing or supporting MES platforms such as TrakSYS or AVEVA MES. - Experience integrating industrial systems with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) - Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Modbus, Ethernet/IP) - Experience designing hybrid architectures (edge, on-prem, and cloud) - Familiarity with industrial data historians and real-time data streaming architectures. - Knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks and industrial DMZ design. - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills needed to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Requirements - Base Salary: $103,520 - $181,150 - Base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer. - This position is also eligible to participate in McCormick’s Incentive Bonus (MIB) Plan. Role Description The SAP Security Analyst II is responsible for designing, supporting and continually enhancing security across McCormick’s global SAP landscape (e.g. S/4HANA, Fiori, ECC, BW, GRC etc.) as well as integrated SAP and cloud-based applications (e.g., IBP, SAC, Ariba, etc.).
