Job Requirements

As the Global Head of Sales Operations within our Revenue Operations organization, you will lead and scale the operational engine that powers our Sales organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and GTM leadership to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across the revenue funnel. You will lead and develop a high-performing Sales Operations team while owning core initiatives including territory planning, capacity modeling, forecasting support, pipeline management, deal desk operations, sales compensation, and process optimization. This role requires a strategic operator who can balance executive-level thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
