Job Description

Technical Project Manager

Capitalize Analytics

• Lead delivery of complex projects across areas such as data platforms, ERP systems, process automation, and application development • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and execution approach • Translate business needs into clear, actionable plans for technical teams • Drive project structure, timelines, and accountability to ensure successful outcomes • Identify risks and proactively manage issues throughout the project lifecycle • Facilitate communication across teams, including senior stakeholders • Apply sound technical judgment when evaluating approaches, tradeoffs, and solution direction

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, technology preferred
  • 4–8 years of experience in a technical or delivery-focused role (such as, development, business analysis, data, or systems implementation)
  • Experience working on large or complex technology initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of project management principles using Azure DevOps or Jira within Agile and Waterfall delivery models, with demonstrated application in real project environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to evolving requirements
  • Solid understanding of technical design principles and common design patterns, with the ability to engage in solution-level discussions and challenge direction when needed
  • Exposure to modern data and cloud ecosystems, such as: Azure (Data Services), Databricks, Microsoft Fabric
  • Data integration and analytics tools like Alteryx
  • Process automation platforms such as UiPath
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
